Tracy Proffitt has grown up around construction. Her father and father-in-law both operate contracting companies. For the past thirty years Tracy has spent her days working in the family’s construction company, both in a support and executive leadership role. In 2019, Tracy made the decision to achieve a goal she had set for herself which was to own and operate her own company; a Woman-Owned
construction company based in Central Valley California.
Elite Constructors, Inc. came to be and as the majority owner, Tracy, is responsible for the overall vision and business plan, as well as the day-to-day operations of the company. She understands that our industry is looking for exciting new companies who can leverage diversity and different visions to provide measurable value to our clients and ultimately achieve greater outcomes for our society.
